Our culture is friendly and intense, but if push comes to shove we'll settle for intense. -Jeff Bezos- Founder and CEO of Amazon.com
Corporate culture is the character of a company’s internal work climate. It’s refers to the shared values, ingrained attitudes, core beliefs and company traditions that determine norms of behavior, accepted work practices, and styles of operating. In other word, it’s an essence comes down to the ways that done in some company although in reality or more than that. Thus, it is much related to the HR.
In addition, corporate culture also includes a shared set of
values and beliefs embraced by everyone in the company. These values and
beliefs reflected in HR practices. It even goes
right down to the way meetings are conducted. For some organizations their
corporate culture may derive from the story of how they were created and might
define the symbols used in their logo.As a business leader, you must explicitly
support and reinforce your values and corporate culture with your actions and
behavior. You must also help create clarity around these values for your teams
and encourage employees in some organization. Make employees feel like their
boss is a partner is the best for the company.
So, I think that all from me…
